Step
2: The Formal Instruction
This
couldn't be easier. Once we have inspected your property,
discussed what we can do to help you and decided on a
marketing price, you simply instruct us to sell.
Once
we are instructed, we will promptly prepare the full
details of your property including floor plans and
internal digital photographs. Details will then be
forwarded to you for approval and then sent out to our
extensive mailing list of applicants. It will be
advertised in the local press, displayed in our window and
handed to callers at our offices as well as being
advertised on the Internet @ www.matthewpaull.co.uk.

Step
3: The Sale
Once a buyer is introduced, people think that we then
just sit back and relax. At Matthew Paull we constantly
monitor the progress of your sale.
Firstly
we negotiate on YOUR behalf to obtain the best price. We
then satisfy ourselves that the buyer has the means to
purchase. Our own Independent Financial Advisor is
specifically here to do this job professionally and
thoroughly.
We
confirm sales details to solicitors and will keep in touch
with them as the sale progresses, reporting back to you
with whatever news we have.
We
will do everything in our power to ensure that your sale
is completed to your satisfaction and with the minimum of
fuss.
But,

Once registered on our mailing list advising us of style, price and area,
we then seek to match a buyer's requirements to properties we currently have available.
As soon as a property comes on the market, we will contact
the buyer within 24 hours to notify them if we feel it
matches their fundamental requirements even before the property particulars have been signed off by the vendors.
